Leads validated against mx_LeadIdentifier in LeadSquared (India DC).

One-off window: times below are interpreted in the server's CRON_TIMEZONE (e.g. Asia/Kolkata), matching lead_identifier.created. Range is [start, end) (end exclusive); use 2026-04-21T02:00:01 if you need rows at exactly 02:00:00 included.
